FAQ

Does AmandoCasa charge any brokerage or service fee to expat tenants?

Direct answer

No brokerage fee is charged to tenants. AmandoCasa earns from landlords, not tenants. There is no sign-up fee, shortlisting fee, or hidden service charge. Tenants pay only rent and the standard 2-month security deposit directly to the landlord.

The no-brokerage model is not a promotional offer — it is a structural feature. All eight listed apartments are managed under direct landlord arrangements. The landlord compensates for placement. Tenants are never asked for a finder's fee, documentation fee, or tour fee at any stage of the process.

The practical implication: the rent price on the listing page is what you pay. There is no percentage added on top. The 2-month security deposit goes directly to the landlord account. The lease is signed directly between tenant and landlord with AmandoCasa facilitating verification, inventory documentation, and handover.

The shortlisting service, virtual tour, lease review, and inventory walkthrough are all included in the engagement at no tenant cost. If you start the process and decide not to rent, there is no cancellation fee. This model is designed for expats who are often dealing with relocation coordinators and HR departments who need clear cost structures.
